The game

Break60 is a free game for entertainment. "Prize money," "earnings," and "purses" are in-game points only. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Give us accurate information and use one account per person.

Fair play

Don't use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to manipulate scores or leaderboards. Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove scores, reset stats, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content you share

Names and league names you create must not be offensive or impersonate anyone. We may change or remove them.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of Break60 at any time. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Break60 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using Break60 after a change, you accept the new terms.
